New Form Landscapes is an established and prestigious landscaping company based in St Albans, specialising in large and small domestic and commercial gardens. We are recruiting for the following positions to help grow our expanding business
Skilled hard landscapers:
We require an experienced and well-presented landscaper capable of leading a small team. They must have at least 3 years’ experience in a broad range of hard and soft
landscaping including paving, decking, groundworks, brick and blockwork, rendering, fencing, laying real and artificial lawns and planting. They must also be able to provide a genuine portfolio of
their previous work.
They will be responsible for reporting regularly to management and liaising with clients and designers. They will also be responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget. Experience in running projects, ordering materials and interpreting plans is essential.
We need an energetic and focussed individual, with a good eye for detail who takes pride in their work. They will need to work closely as a team but to also be highly self-motivated.
Full driving licence required.
Competitive salary depending on experience.

Office Manager (Maternity Cover):
The role will include: -
Liaising and communicating between Staff/Client and Suppliers
Managing and updating the Teamleader CRM system
Liaising with our PR agency
Using all office software including Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook/Teamleader/Mailchimp
(A knowledge of Vectorworx / Sketchup or AutoCAD would be an advantage but not essential.)
Developing and implementing any new administrative systems required
Assisting in the organisation of food/drink based events throughout the year. Occasional overnight stays and some travel may be required
Supporting the landscape business.
Updating website/social media content/blog
Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Recruitment and HR
Administration/Invoicing clients/Payment of suppliers
Administering insurances and vehicle fleet
Support and administration of our growing concrete kitchen dealer network
Organising social events for the team
Producing meeting agendas and taking minutes of meetings
A background or interest in design/events or high end construction would be an advantage but not essential
Good eye for detail essential
Other ad-hoc duties as necessary
We are looking for somebody with passion and enthusiasm who is excited about working for a growing, creative company and who really wants to make a difference. The right candidate will have a can do attitude and can prove they have the initiative and confidence to put their stamp on this role. They will be organised and tenacious enough to implement their ideas and be able to communicate these throughout the organisation. Experience would be useful but the right work ethic and thick skin is essential.
We are looking for a talented, self motivated and well organised designer to be involved in all stages of the design and construction process.
Your key skills are:
Talent, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of fun are important, and the successful candidate should be passionate about bringing their ideas to life. Full/Part time, based at our offices in St Albans. Salary dependant on experience.
